1. Is there a fee waiver for REGISTRATION ?
Yes, there is registration fee waiver for limited participants; that include presenters, speakers, partners recommended participants and on case-basis.
2. Is there support for travel, accommodation?
The conference does not provide any travel support. However there is support for accommodation for international participants in limited numbers.
3. Can I bring a guest to the conference sessions or city tour?
The guests can visit the stalls/ exhibition Conference sessions are limited to registered attendees only.
4. Can you provide an invitation letter?
Yes, once your registration is complete and payment has been made, we will issue and send you an invitation letter. This process can take around 3-4 working days.
5. If I register for someone else, can you issue invitation letters to all co-authors?
No, invitation letters are only issued for the registered participant. If other authors also require invitation letters, they must register for the conference separately.
6. Will you book hotel accommodations for me?
Unfortunately, the organizer does not provide accommodation services for participants.
7. Can I receive an invitation letter before registering?
As per organizational policy, invitation letters are issued only after registration and payment have been completed.
8. When will I receive my invitation letter if I register? How long will it take to receive the invitation letter after registration?
Upon completion of registration and payment, invitation letters will be emailed within 3-4 working days. If you’ve made the payment via Wire Transfer, please email us the receipt as we require bank confirmation.
9. Could you issue an invoice for my registration?
Absolutely, simply specify your type of participation and we will email you an invoice.
10. What language will the conference be held in?
As this is an international conference, the language used will be English.

Paper Submission

1. Whether a certain topic would be considered appropriate for submission under for the conference themes?
We encourage the submissions that relate to or can be linked with the conference themes.
2. Whether a topic would be considered appropriate for submission under one or more of the conference themes ?
Some topic or papers could link to more than one themes. However in website, there is option to choose one theme only which is basically to manage the submission and sessions breakdown.
4. In a scenario where for example an abstract entails propositions combining 2 (two) different themes, what is the best required practice? Is it Ok or not?
Please choose the theme which fits best to the abstract. The review team shall provide feedback to change the theme if its fit differently.
5. Are we confined/restricted to any abstract type or we can choose that is relevant to our research? (completed research, ongoing or conceptual-innovative research)
You can choose the relevancy to your research. However it is advisable to create with the conference theme and sub themes.
6. How long will the evaluation process take?
Typically, the evaluation process spans a week or more.
7. Should I register before the review process is completed?
You have the option to pay either before or after you receive your review results. If your paper requires revision or is rejected, you have the option to submit another paper.
8. Are all authors required to register for the conference?
The decision to attend the conference is entirely up to the authors. If co-authors also wish to participate in the conference, either in-person or virtually, they must register and pay for their attendance.
9. Is there a limit to the number of co-authors a paper can have?
There is no set limit on the number of co-authors a paper can have.
